Well illiquid
Race is not over but last few days actions at PEN have surprised me.
Let us be realistic, DYL soared, even AGS managed considerable gain while PEN went backward significantly. Even if it makes upward movement, it will only cover the lost ground.
(I was impressed by the STX management but their share price never went up, same place from last three years).
Pundits at Collin Street knows more than Mum & Dads.
