PEN is being played with.
When it blows it will blowout big time to make up all the lost ground and more.
Not only do the pundits know more than the mums and dads but they also know how to get hold of all the mums and dad's shares before they take the cap off. Well, I am hanging on to my shares because PEN is too good a story to stay at these ridiculously low price levels.

Right Industry - Uranium
