I kinda like deszmodo suggestion:

If you think the price of U is on the rise you wouldn't sign off until the last moment. ie 6 to 12 months before the first yellow cake leaves the door."
I think the Chinese have got that mentality.

Weird how the other U ASX stocks are taking off but PEN is sitting. I am quite interested in any theories. At least on another thread.
