deszmodo, so, that leaves PEN mgmt to negotiate, may be a fixed term contract price (x qty for n year @ $$.00) with utilities as MoU.
If the above is not practical, then I am wondering what else would PEN discuss with utilities.
Recollecting from Melbourne / Sydney Canaryevents, it was metioned (by Gus) that Gus will be in USA end of the month to discuss price with the utilities.
