Chintukim, what it means is that the company has some price sensitive news to be released, however it hasn't been able to compile all the data/info so as to release it prior to the open. ASX standard policy for a TH is for a 2 day grace period to release the info, if the company is unable to release the news by wednesday it then goes into Suspension until the announcement is released.

At the same time, as soon as the announcement is ready it must be released, so the announcement could come at any time.
