The pending announcement is about the current well, clearly stated in point one on page two. I would guess as someone else said that point three is possibly a cut and paste error, as the phrase is 'those discussion'. The phrase at face value implies that certain discussions have already been referred to, which is not the case. Therefore, an error in wording is likely imho.
