The management seems to have forgotten who put up their seed capital and supported them through the years. Existing shareholders received an estimated 20% of the offer allowed when the new institutional buyers received an excessive or disproportionate number out of the offer. This seems to be a heavy handed decision by management for no apparent reason. Why would they do this to their smaller shareholders?
