Thanks for the response.

As you say Nearmap has happened and I can only hope it succeeds.Unfortunately the payments going out are a fact and sales are only a hope.

If I had a chance to influence the directors I would ask that next time they have a win from Nearmap, Assertion or whatever that they share it with shareholders via a dividend.

Both you and Pinto whave alluded to directors and management having shares. We mug punters paid for ours with real cash. I expect most if not all of their shares were 'founder shares',bought on 'non recourse company loan'or through other mechanisms.

Directors and management are paid monthly. In most companies they just want the good times to roll on forever and regard paying shareholders as just an irritation.
