I took up convertible notes in QSPX,as it then was in 2004.
I have been with this company a long time. The deal was that patient capital would be rewarded with a good payout.
Perhaps knowing how long we had to wait to achieve the goal you might understand the profound disappointment and sense of betrayal at the failure to pay out on eventual success.
I am not sure Ross Norton or the other directors took up any CNs.
