disgrace

The Board is disgracefully out of touch. The share/option package for RJ should not be proposed at this time. There has been no progress, no performance , and lots of money wasted. Compared to its peers ICN has been dismally slow to do anything, except lose value, and overpay the CEO.
Now we have the options debacle and some strange close-of-trading selldown for the past three days. All this is likely to be followed by large dilution.
How can the Board have to cheek to ask for such a package for RJ after such a slow and dismal performance beats me.
My vote will very surely be NO.
Again all this reeks of a management that is totally out of its depth.
