Certainly agree that paladin COULD surge soon. But it might not. If fsn's management's intention is to not follow through with their job, which is to prove up their targets, then they had better quit now.

I could see an acceptable proposal as divesting the cash to shareholders in an exceptional dividend and paladin can have the other assets under the current offer.
