Kinda agree with both sides of the pros & cons / very dissapointed that the SP is at this level and I believe they are selling selling the cash & assets very cheaply / unfortunately the market is ugly & going with PDN may work out in future (we hope).
I really think the sale price - share swap could of been better negotiated / it seems the directors are just grabbing the loot & running.
My average price is around 85c, so over all I'm dissapointed, but the rest of my porfolio aint too pretty either.
