It would appear the good old days of deal making by buying distress and then offload parts are over for now and who knows for how long. The ATO problem like any disagreements on contractual issues usually hang around for the bulls to dissapear. I am surprised that the SP did held for so many months. Buying now thinking the ATO issue can be solved with little payment or Marampa will fetch a premiun is gambling. I could be persuaded to take a bet but I think the odds are stacked against present holders though.
