I know we are are dissapointed with the convertible bond!
But let us face this fact. DML MC is $56mil. Total net assets is $60mil.
Imagine someone is willing to spend $108 mil in return for 60% of the share in the company.
What else more we can ask for. The past is past, lets move forward. Stop thinking of $1.7.
