    yes, not a good look.

    I dont know why others on here are raving on about this gapping up tomorrow.

    The reality is that they have just sold the majority stake for 12c per share, thereby valuing the company at that price and dashing any hopes of another takeover.

    Sure they wont be going into liquidation now, but thats hardly a positive.
