Good insight ljcamp, the low break fee is a an open door to move onto a better offer should it arise.
Atleast now there is a funding arrangement even if it is at a price that is too cheap, that is the 15c conversion of the convertible notes. Perhaps it was the best offer on the table at the time, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
At the end of the day we as retail holders really have no idea about the opportunity that management had to do a better deal for holders at this current time....
Hindsight is 20:20 vision and Im sure there are some shoulda's and coulda's by mangement on how this whole process from woe to go could have been handled better. Here we are though with a funding arrangement that provides some certainty and the door still open to a better offer.
At current levels it is a buy imo.
