    the break fee is NOT low, because they will be paying .12 for 70-80m shares. This effectively a roadblock to any takeover.

    If there is a Takeover at say 36 cents, the breakfee is techinically ~$18m

    Management really screw us over with the price. If CFC did put an offer table on the table i would like to know!
