Unfortunately I completely agree with you, the shareholders need to watch Kempler & Co very very closely as their could well be an attempt to hijack the companies IP for a pittance. The actions in effectively shutting down questions during the AGM and the timing of yesterdays announcement has all the hallmarks of Machiavelli. From here my trust is zero.
