VCR should never have come to this. Steal a few dollars from the government, you get locked up. Cause shareholders to lose a few hundred million, you get a 1.4m salary!
VCR's situation can be turned around. They are so close to FDA approval. No.2 to Thoratec. They have revenue. They can come out of this, but the directors of the company are running it into the ground :(
