So I'm flicking through the paperwork I received today about the AGM and I come across the payroll section.

Len Jubber's Salary & Fees jumped by more than 15% between 2012 & 2013. Now am I the only one completely disgusted and outraged at such an increase looking at where the company and share price is today?

His salary & Fees now total $437,181. It's just unbelievable and completely unjustifiable.
His performance based % has dropped from 61.7% to 30.6% ! Am I reading this right??
Only because his options & performance rights have dropped does it mean his total package has decreased from $1,078.30 to $686,501.

Seriously, next to politicians, we all need to jump on the company director gravy train.

Pure greed than Len certainly does not deserve based on his shareholders pain.
