Agree completely.
They are going to dilute existing holders to the tune of 10% to pay for 1-2 years of jubbers wages.
They should be cutting any and all superflous staff.
After doing that, he should be going onto a 50-100k pay packet since he should only really need to do 3 months work per year at present.
Its not like you really need expensive leadership when there is nowhere to go due to market wide issues.
