It's having some issues today too. Wouldn't be too concerned though.
There is no abnormal shorting activity.
The price is being manipulated down.
To me this indicates that it is being positioned for purchasing by the big boys. We shall wait and see. Hope I'm right (would not consider myself an expert though).
