i dont go in for bank bashing

my view is that they should be provide considerable liquidity..in difficult times ..when traditional markets faulter

you dont want a bank panicing..it is the over reaction of banks during fiscal tightening that induce credit squeezes/crashs

centro needs time ..and a market which is repairing itself largely all the Named failures could be worked through as long as no one panics

August to now..seriously stressfull for bankers..and everyone in the market
