I'm not sure we'll get a dilutive cap raise.... I would think things will go one of 2 ways...
(i) just decide they can't make money at these (& forecast) iron ore levels & all projects will go back into care & maintenance
(ii) see a way forward to mining & making cash in which case I'd think it'd be debt backed
At the moment the market continues to price for (i) imo
I'm not sure we'll get a dilutive cap raise.... I would think...
