gassed, if you were a cashed up O&G company interested in any of ICN's licenses, would you partner up with the likes of ICN, paying them to get on board and still leaving ICN a % of the tenement free carried, essentially throwing them a lifeline? or would you just wait it out for another year or 2 until they have exhausted all their cash reserves, forfeit the licenses and pick them up for free and with 100% ownership?
