Today topic is funding. Did you know the NOX now has 4.56M dollars of convertible notes now to deal with for a cash return of only 3.8M . Think about that it will cost shareholders not the company 4.56M in shares to raise 3.8M in cash. that a 12% return in 6 months when the note are allowed to be converted. They will have made their profit even at a sale at market value when ever the conversion is done. So share holders are going to be battling with these investors for the next 12 months in competing interests. And we all know who wins when it comes to convertible notes. Not the share holders.
"2. EFFECT OF THE CONVERTIBLE SECURITIES ISSUE ON THE COMPANY The principal effect of the issue of the Convertible Securities on the Company will be to:
(a) increase the Company’s cash reserves by $3,800,000 (prior to fees and expenses);
(b) increase the number of unlisted secured Convertible Securities on issue from nil to 2;
(c) give rise to the Company having a liability for the amount of the face value of the Convertible Securities (being $4,560,000); and"
