Thanks guys for your input the non activity does seem to be concern over managment, even though old issues which ties into the doubt of the actual credibility of the P1 issue.Other reasons are the big sellers appearing on a regular basis, and GCN is basically under the radar of the general market.
Spoke to my broker and Computershare, any GCN bought from the 19th and beyond will NOT be entitled for the P1.As the buyer dos not have to supply stock before t +3 Hope I am wrong as I have bought on the last 2 days.So definitely EX now.
