The Global Health company I think is Bayer (100,000) employees and specialising in pharmaceuticals.

Government Public Services Division I am sure was the Tasmanian Government. I heard that from one of the interviews with Karl. Also I remember some New Zealand government contacts too were signed.

Large Program management company is a tough one to guess, could be one out of many with only 500 employees as a hint (really big ones have around 90k employees).

Global confectionary 'giant' is not Mars, it is likely to be Ferrero (Roche) as Badkerning mentioned. They have around 40k employees and have a 'luxurious' product.

Airline is Virgin Australia as they have around 10k employees. Although they are already mentioned on the website. It could be Qantas too if they include the latest redundancies. VA is certainly already a customer anyway of Livetiles.
