Notice the difference on both the sell and buy side for the shares and options. The option holders are less inclined to sell than the share holders. The option holders are all people who knew that the options were the best deal on ARU (the people who bought options early made a lot more profit than if they'd bought shares) - so they will also understand the value of NUPO and will not be selling them too cheaply. Strangely enough, this might mean that the best deal will be to buy NUP instead of NUPO.

The difference on the buy side is also interesting. Someone has bid 75c for heads, you'd think that the options should be worth about 15c less so the top bid should be about 60c, but it is actually 30c.
