So here's my position, I bought in to Amaero last Thursday at circa 65c, then lo and behold on Friday it goes into trading halt.
I was a bit wary of CR ann, but at least it was coupled with really good news, and the enthusiasm seems to reflect this.
Now I appear to be in the interesting position of being able to buy 30k worth of the stock at 55c. Question, why would I not sell my shares immediately at 70c and then essentially buy them back via the SPP, locking in an instant profit?
Is there something I'm simply not seeing here? Normally a credit raise tends to drive the share price down to the issue price (this was my experience with FBR and countless others), though here the discount seems very significant and compelling?
I welcome any thoughts and insights.
Best regards
