I'm not in Oz at the moment and won't be for the meeting either.
But I agree somehow we need to organise existing shareholders, so that they don't roll over for 1%!!!
Someone needs to get hold of the share register, and also contact the top 20 shareholders, including any institutions that may be left.
No 20:1 consolidation would give shareholders about 20-25%. As I understand it, this would give the new syndicate 80% of a producing silver mine with 50m oz reserve, all infrastructure in place, and Au and Ag looking like they are about to rally seriously. With the 3% gross royalty its more like 90-95% anyway. Its still giving the farm away.
If it was me, it would have been 50% equity, and no royalty. And all this is for paying off a $6-7m debt???
