If resolution 2 from the General Meeting on Friday 30 June is executed then Kaboko MINING's short term cash flow position will be stabilised. Kaboko MINING has raised substantial monies above the current SP and things are tracking well albeit with some delays. (Refer to company announcements)

I reckon that the dribble that has gushed from the ever expanding Straw Man Army needs to start including facts rather than gross exaggerations based on fear and panic. Kaboko Mining has funding lines open - including a potential CR and debt financing - and the Manganese situation just gets better and better. Kaboko MINING is not about to CRACKUP unlike other companies. The latest thread - and the superficial commentary - is testimony to what l am talking about here.

The character assassination of Jason Brewer has been nothing short of disgraceful. I would say with a high degree of accuracy that the vast majority of people posting on the Hotcopper Kaboko thread have not even met Jason Brewer let alone asked him any meaningful questions. He is a great operator and has the necessary vision to continue succeeding with his well defined strategic plan. The guy talks a great talk and is walking the walk. (Refer to company announcements)

So many insults levelled at Kaboko MINING are also unfounded and horribly misguided. The amount of wealth that people have seemingly lost on URA, NKP and CCC is unfortunate. Nevertheless, to displace this anger on Kaboko MINING is both inappropriate and foolhardy.

Kaboko MINING is a speculative play at the microcap end of the market. Plenty of funds will need to be raised - and who would of believed it - fees are charged for facilitating this service. I believe that there will be in excess of 1.5 billion shares on issue before the end of 2013.

I have an uncompromising strong buy recommendation on Kaboko MINING and have a conservative and justified company valuation of $120 million for KAB in the forseeable future. This is obviously dependent on the strategic plan objective of 20k tonnes per month of high grade Manganese being met. According to company announcements, the Processing Plant is due to be constructed as a priority and will provide the platform for unleashing the Kaboko beast.

I have my position in Kaboko MINING and will wait for the belated company announcements to be rolled out. I have picked up more shares in the last fortnight and am extremely confident.

By the way, the Mud Crabs and Mangrove Jack were tasty. It is good to be back.
