For those of you unsure of what this relates too - " The Beyondie Rights constitute the Company’s main undertaking pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 11.2 and will require shareholder approval to affect the relinquishment" This means by releasing the main asset we now have a timeline to acquire something of interest and compliant to listing rules within a space of 6 months. this is a step forward for long awaiting shareholders and interested parties, although not a win its a big step forward to see this through, its important that all holders vote for this disposal, we put this behind us and focus on an acquirement and a SP to justify our investment.
