Here is the information regarding the Pre-Trial Conference (PTC) in Singapore court on 9 DEC 2021 @ 3,30pm.
The following is the information provided by one of the SH who attended the PTC on that day.
Two SH attended the PTC and both objected to the transferred of shares to Austroid. Rajah&tan counsel was there. They have written to SGX to check if transfer of share is necessary to effect the judgement. Pending reply from SGX... court adjourned the matter for further PTC on 30 DEC at 3.30pm. Judge also wanted counsel to inform shareholders and see if more can attend the next time.
( I didn't attend the PTC hearing due to fear of cost for attending this PTC as announced in SGX by the liquidator).
