if you take your scope back to the big 4.6m volume day 13/8 there would be an additional 18-20m of volume in the latter part of august. add this to your 10m for Sept to-date and we could technically have at least 2 new 5% holders (based on your 13.6m number).
so we have some 30m in volume from Aug 13 to today and no changes to any substantial holders as yet (increase or decrease). that means either lots of small-med investors (traders) or some of the former with a couple of holdings sitting in the 1-4.9% range, ready for action.
