I agree. The $20mil. for Hardman is exactly what Simon said it was likely to cost. The $200 environmental bond is high but not unreasonable insurance by the GoM for one of the few other industries they have, fishing.

The 50% relinquishment, we will see, I would like to get more details on this. I don't see that it is anyone's interest for the joint venture to relinquish acreage that is at all prospective, it just lengthens the lead time until it is drilled and until the GoM get any revenue from it.
