i've bagged hdr management but i was impressed with yesterdays flood of info, particularly the finger being pulled out and uganda testing accelerated thanks to an excited ugandan government and guyane news was encouraging so i reckon the rerating has started and hdr will be marked up significantly over the coming weeks. just too many positives for the instos etc to ignore and $3 very very soon and not long before roc are looking up at hdr again.
