I hold IVK, I do not see the point of a challenge to the new QTK.
C.K had a chance to resurrect QTK, but did not, so it went into administration. So the administrator sold the entire company to the highest bidder Multitrack for $2 million case closed.

C.K can whinge all he likes from the other side of the world, he should just concentrate on the Nickel on pallawan island philipines, as that is going to be a money spinner for IVK.
Also a court case will drain all of IVK's funds so I do not think it is a serious challenge.
