CK i have spoken with management at EMA and they assure me the legal dispute with yarri mining has been dismissed once before and they believe it will be dismissed again in FEB when the final hearing occurrs. Once again I dont believe they would be investing large sums of money into an extensive drilling program just to hand it over..once again its just another opportunistic grab by some unknown company trying tgo exploit the exploration laws. Rest assured the uranium is there, remember the japanese conducted extensive fieldwork there some years ago. The first drilling results should be available early Dec late NOv then everyone will take notice of this company.
