Maybe we should be putting in a complaint against ASX as they would appear to be derelict in their duties to ensure companies are run correctly. If they have the VS in place because they want answers to the Ochre saga, it is clearly not good enough that they can allow this interminable delay. It would appear that MPE/REL do not have satisfactory answer. Are they hoping that if they delay things long enough, it will will go away?
I would like believe that featherduster is doing the right thing by the SH but recent actions (or lack of) and my recent conversation with him has as left me extremely pessermistic that anything good is going to come of this company.
I may be wrong (hope I am) but I have seen similar behaviours in other in similar situations with companies. I think that either the coy will liquidate or go into a shelf company un6il someone resurrects the company for any value ghat hold in leases or rights. Either way, we have done our dough. Time to move on... Next!
