    Quick flick through the prospectus.

    Directors being paid a whole lot, including bonuses - for a company that is yet to make any money.
    $1m+ listing fees is a huge chunk of coin for an entity yet to even post material revenue.

    Why did this company, predominately operating in the US - come to list on the ASX?

    Not sure I can see this being worth $60million yet without a few more runs on the board.
