That's as may be TW. I'm simply pointing out that the "freken fool" might do mining and other regional development a BIG favour by defunding the Environmental Defender's Office, were the LP to be re-elected.
WHC has an unfortunate relationship with the EDO remember, and Labor re-instated tax payer funding for this vehicle, so that largely activist groups could mount arguably spurious cases of time-wasting, attentions seeking and sometimes drawn out litigation which only further damages industry in Australia.
