The notice of meeting for the AGM on 25 Nov has motions to allow for a placement of 60M shares oat or over 50c and a "Potential share plan" - 60M ordinary shares + options at no less than 50c, to be issued before 24 Feb 2011. Options to be exercised by 31 March 2012.
Not much need for a crystal ball there.
