Again, I agree Enumerate, however I would put the value at multiples of $90m based on prospective size of markets their products could reach (in time) and valuations of other biotechs - just look at PeptiDream at $1.75 B with inferior tech.
The 'reward' is why I'm on the register and 'faith' has been keeping me here.
Unfortunately it takes more then 5 or so cheer leading posters on HotCopper to make a company...
They need deals + cash + on market buyers of stock. Deals may bring all three? Can they do it while returning value to their shareholders?
Dilution issue is a real over hang. I wonder if they can resolve this somehow, such as giving all shareholders the same offer, then consolidating to get price up to avoid 'penny dreadful' status for US investors?
