You would think the US defence forces would want to have the best uniforms and suits possible in an expedited manner given a possible new cold war.
The SPP closes tomorrow. Bpay or cheques would have to be sent in today. Maybe the market is waiting for the SPP to be tidied up before the sp picks up again.
At the presentation I attended last week it was indicated that in the last placement many institutions had their allocations cut back and Rezos expected those instos to top up on market. Hasn't happened yet, but maybe after SPP has cleared.
