I disagree. I think the biggest hurdle for CL8 is supply. They need to have a guaranteed supply of excellent vehicles to 'lease' out. They are basically a cut-out the middle man or wholesale marketer organisation targeting the 7 day plus rental in relation to cars etc. and ALL middle men in the purchase of products arena in their other business.

What you need to consider is the huge number of residential apparments being constructed or existing in the Sydney Metro Area and especially the CBD. There are a huge number which have NO VEHICLE ACCOMMMODATION. The cosmopolitan nature of the 'new' city dweller lends itself to no vehicle BUT often for any number of reasons a vehicle is requied for the ccasional social or recreational event. The demand is much, much larger than merely for travellers.
