The End of Financial Year for DIAsource is 31st December 2015. Maybe the bean counters would like an audit to be completed before signing on the dotted line.
The only figure I have is $2mEBITDA (estimate). When you deduct the I,T,D,A and then some into other profit appropriation accounts (prudent reserves accounts) you have what is called a dividend to the shareholder (ADO's objective is not to use this as a cash cow to starve the calf).
