To try and add some perspective to this acquisition, Mark Bouris said at the AGM that he has been involved in a lot of M&A activity and that he considered this the most complex and difficult deal he has been involved in.
We can be sure that our board and DIAsource have been working tirelessly to get this over the line, and nothing I have read or heard indicates that either party is wishing or trying to change or deviate from getting this done ASAP.
