doudou, I somehow doubt that the Pilgangoora deposit was going to be large enough to have its own mine infrastructure. Also, there is serious doubt after PLS and AJM have their water allocated that there would be any more water licenses allocated for that area. Things may have gone differently if it was likely either AJM or PLS were able to process DKO's product, but I would suspect their mines will be using full capacity for their own off take agreements.

The up front payment was $4M not $3M!
