The percentage is probably higher. I have over 400,000 shares which are not registered as dissenting, because I have been buying since registration closed for dissenting shareholders. Why wouldn't you when they are discounted approximately 2/3's of the company's asset value, even though I know I'll only get 10 cents for my most recent purchases (not part of dissenting shares). X has informed me I cannot add recent purchases to the dissenting block. There's also little competition to get a low price because most traders' have learn't to stay away from NKP because of the antics of the crew that has been running the show. More specifically, that is Zinjin, Zinjin puppets running Nkwe and in earlier times Genorah. No wonder people say the most important component of any business is the quality of the people running the show! But right now, as a minority holder I'm only interested in the value of the assets including the intellectual property of the Tubutse Farms.
